About
I believe the small details are extremely important to any project. I often spend a lot of time scrutinizing over them because in the moment I think they’re the most important thing in the world. But what’s actually important are the people involved in the project. Above all else, I believe in treating people with the respect they deserve. That’s the way I manage, and that’s the way I collaborate. It’s very important to me that people enjoy my work, but mostly I want people to enjoy working with me.
